<p>Kindly peruse the agenda note attached by AEE. The industry has submitted stack emission analysis carried out by M/s Noida Testing Laboratories (NABL Lab) on 08/07/2022 and the SPM level in the stack was found to be 98.1 mg/Nm3, which is within the prescribed limits .</p>
<p>It is therefore recommended that validity of consent to operate under the Air Act, 1981 be renewed for upto 30/09/2024 under auto-renewal policy with suitable conditions along-with special conditions mentioned in the agenda note.</p>
