CTOW/Fresh/GRP/2018/7418867 & CTOA/Fresh/GRP/2018/7418955 dated 14/05/2018 respectively under orange category.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 21px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';"> Now the industry has applied for obtaining renewal of consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for the operation of Marriage Palace through OCMMS in a totally paperless manner by uploading necessary documents as PDF under orange category.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 16.1px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';"> The industry has deposited Rs. 19,500/- vide UTR No. 505844716 dated 04/10/2022 & Rs. 19,000/- vide UTR No. 505844027 dated 04/10/2022 as consent to operate fee under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 including Rs. 500/- as Form Downloading fee against total gross value of fixed assets worth Rs. 71,00,000/- as on 30/09/2022 and same are adequate upto 30/09/2027 under both Acts. As per policy of the Board and in the light of Head Office Order No. 59 dated 02/02/2016, the consent cases of Orange Category units are to be processed without visiting them.</span><span style="font-size: 11pt; line-height: 16.8667px; font-family: Calibri, 'sans-serif';"> </span><span style="font-size: 10pt; line-height: 15.3333px; font-family: 'GurmukhiLys 020 Wide';"> </span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 10pt; line-height: 15.3333px; font-family: 'GurmukhiLys 020 Wide';"><span style="font-size: 10pt; line-height: 15.3333px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">In view of above, it is recommended that the consent to operate under Water (Prevention& control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be extended upto 30/09/2027 with suitable conditions. </span></span></p> |
