The industry has applied for obtaining NOC through OCMMS. The industry has deposited NOC fee amounting to Rs. 11300/- vide R.no. 881090504 dated 07.11.2022 and Rs. 7200/- vide R. no. 770442307 dated 19.11.2022 fees which is adequate up to one year.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">&nbsp; </span></span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif;">To verify the facts, the hotel was visited by undersigned on 06.12.2022 and it was observed as under:-</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif;">1. The project under construction i.e. hotel is located at Village Gill, backside GNE College, Ludhiana.</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">2</span><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif; color: red;">. </span><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">As per the application form the project proponent will install </span><span style="color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">Banquet Hall For 200 Person</span><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">, </span><span style="color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">Banquet Hall For 100 Persons</span><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">, </span><span style="color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">Restaurant For 100 Persons, Rooms 10 Nos And Bar For 50 Persons</span>.<span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif; color: red;"> </span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif;">3. The project proponent has provided feasibility report. The total water consumption of the project will be 22.95 KLD (calculation attached). Total waste water generated will be 18.36 KLD (80% of total fresh water consumption). For this the PP will provide STP of capacity 20 KLD, which will be based on MBBR technology and waste water will be discharge onto land for plantation of <span style="color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">0.5 <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">&nbsp;</span>acres as informed during the visit.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">&nbsp; </span></span>As per the project report submitted by the project proponent the components of the proposed STP shall be Raw sewage pump, MBBR reactor, EA reactor, Tube settler, Filtration pump, dual media filter carbon &amp; sand and Filtration Tank. </span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif;">4. At the time of the visit it was observed that the project proponent was undergoing construction at the site and has constructed huts, infrastructure for hotel. Further the work regarding the construction of STP was carried out during the visit and has constructed collection tank for STP.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">&nbsp;</span>As per the boundary limits site shown by the representative of the promoter company during the visit, there is no MAH industry/cement plant/ grinding unit/ rice sheller/ saila plan/ stone crushing/ screening cum washing unit/ hot mix plant/ brick kiln within a radius of 500 m from the boundary of the proposed site of the project. Therefore, the site of the project is conforming to the sitting guidelines laid down by the Govt. of Punjab, Department of Science Technology and Environment vide order dated 25.07.2008 as amended on 30.10.2009. </span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif;">5. The project proponent has submitted CLU issued by the Senior Town Planner, Ludhiana vide memo no. 1617 dated 21.07.2020 and CLU has been granted for hotel use. </span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif;"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">&nbsp;</span></span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif;">In view of the above, it is recommended that Consent to Establish (NOC) may be granted to the project proponent for one year i.e upto 18.11.23&nbsp; with suitable condition as per policy of the Board and special conditions that:-</span></p> <p class="MsoListParagraph" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 115%; mso-pagination: none;
