Earlier the industry was granted 'Consent to Operate' under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 vide no. CTOW/Renewal/LDH1/2018/8360664 dated 17.10.2018 valid upto 30.09.2021 & Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 vide no. CTOA/Renewal/LDH1/2018/8344959 dated 17.10.2018 valid upto 30.09.2021 with special condition that the industry shall get its domestic effluent sample after STP analysed from Board’s lab and submit analysis results within one month.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';"> Now the industry has applied for renewal of consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981.</span></p>
<p class="TableParagraph" style="margin-left: 0in; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';"> The industry has deposited </span><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">Rs. 10800/- vide online UTR no. HDFCR52022120365006691 dated 03.12.2022 as NOC regularization fee, Rs. 528000/- vide online UTR no. HDFCR52022120365006691 dated 03.12.2022 under water Act, 1974, Rs. 528000/- vide online UTR no. HDFCR52022120365004160 dated 03.12.2022 which is adequate upto 30.11.2024 (after deducting 200 % penalty as per fee structure)</span></p>

But, during the visit, STP was non-operational and the entire effluent was being bypassed from collection tank itself. </span></p>
