<p style="text-align: justify;">Kindly peruse the agenda note and recommendation given by RO. It is intimated the industry has applied for renewal of CTO under the Air Act,1981. RO has reported that The industry is engaged in the process of bottling IMFL<span lang="EN-US">, it </span><span lang="EN-US">has installed a DG set of capacity 1250 KVA with canopy and adequate stack height.</span><span lang="EN-US"> </span><span lang="EN-US">There is no other source of air pollution in the unit, the i</span>ndustry is complying with the provisions under the Air Act, of 1981.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">If approved CTO under Air Act,1981 may be renewed up to 31/3/27 with the special condition as proposed by EE, RO. EE, R0 may also be requested to monitor the industry as per protocol framed by the Board and verify compliance with environmental law and send the report along with recommendations.</p>
