Further, the industry has also attached compliance report of conditions of Environmental Clearance (EC) granted to it vide no. SEIAA/2019/717 dated 22/08/2019 and further amendment issued vide no. SEIAA/MS/2022/896 dated 07/09/2022.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: Arial; background: #E8F6F9; mso-bidi-language: PA;">If approved, the NOC for expansion from pollution angle be granted to the industry for enhancing the manufacturing capacity of the unit for production of Billet, Steel Ingot & Bloom @ 571 MT/Day (~2,00,000 MT/Annum max.) and manufacturing of TMT Bars, Round Bars, Wire, Flats, Strip @ 342 MT/Day (~1,20,000 MT/Annum max.) from the in-house billets, steel ingots, bloom by installation of one induction furnace of capacity 39 TPH & one rolling mill, for one year i.e. upto 21.10.2023, subject to suitable conditions and additional conditions as mentioned in the note of AEE(PBIP), please plus one more additional condition that the industry shall provide the green belt simultaneously with the construction of expansion project.</span></p>
