CTOA/Renewal/JAL/2019/10371654 dated. 28.07.2019 which were valid upto 30.06.2020 for trade effluent @ 45.5 KLD.</span></p>

The consent to operate granted under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 was revoked vide Zonal Office letter no. 6154-56 dated 31.10.2019.</span></p>

The reading was noted to be 733.7 KL during the visit & as such the industry has consumed 719.7 KL of fresh water since 01.10.2022.</span></p>

The reading was noted to be 560.1 KL during the visit & as such the industry has discharged 538 KL of fresh water since 01.10.2022.</span></p>

Discounting for domestic usage of the industry, the record seems to be inconsonance.</span></p>
