<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; background: white;">It is submitted that the industry has stored 600 ltrs of waste oil, oil filter of 150 pieces and 30 pieces of oil filters at site. However, the industry has lifted 13200 ltrs of category 5.1 waste on 21.10.2022 to M/s Puneet Refinery, Sangrur. The industry has made an agreement with said firm for lifting of 4.1, 4.5, 5.1, 34.3 and 36.2 hazardous waste categories. The industry has not provided any MOU or record for lifting oil contaminated filters and air filter. Further, the industry has not provided door and danger sign to the hazardous waste storage room. The industry has not provided environment data display board at entry gate. The industry not generating any ETP sludge viz-a-viz same is also not found stored at site.</span></p>
