<p class="MsoBodyText2" style="line-height: 150%;">It is submitted that the hospital has applied for obtaining fresh consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 through OCMMS for 40 beds.</p>
<p class="MsoBodyText2" style="line-height: 150%;">The HCF has deposited Rs. 24500/- vide R/No. 90/5465 dated 16/11/2022 including Rs. 1200/- each under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 and Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & Rs. 500/- as application fee which are adequate upto 30/09/2027.</p>
<p class="MsoBodyText2" style="line-height: 150%;">The HCF has submitted requisite documents along with online application. The HCF has also submitted completion certificate of ETP installed for capacity of 15 KLD for treatment of wastewater being generated from the HCF.</p>
<p class="MsoBodyText2" style="line-height: 150%;">The HCF has submitted bill regarding disposal of treated effluent into MC sewer after treatment through ETP.</p>
<p class="MsoBodyText2" style="line-height: 150%;">The Hospital was visited by officer of this office on 07/12/2022 and observed as under:-</p>

<p class="MsoBodyText2" style="margin-left: 23.1pt; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="line-height: 150%;">2.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><!--[endif]-->The HCF has installed ETP to treat its effluent being generated from its premises and ETP was in operation during visit.</p>

<p class="MsoBodyText2" style="margin-left: 23.1pt; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]-->5.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span><!--[endif]-->The HCF has provided needle destroyers for shredding of needles.</p>
<p class="MsoBodyText2" style="margin-left: 23.1pt; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]-->6.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span><!--[endif]-->The HCF has provided color coded bins for collection/segregation of Bio Medical Waste, segregation of BMW found proper.</p>
<p class="MsoBodyText2" style="margin-left: 23.1pt; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><span style="font-family: Calibri, 'sans-serif'; font-size: 11pt;">7. The HCF has installed DG set of capacity </span><strong style="font-family: Calibri, 'sans-serif'; font-size: 11pt;">35</strong><span style="font-family: Calibri, 'sans-serif'; font-size: 11pt;"> KVA provided with canopy and adequate stack height.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">In view of above, it is recommended that Consent to operate under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 and Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 may be granted to the HCF for a period upto 30.09.2027 with suitable conditions along with special conditions as under:-</span></p>

The HCF shall analysed its treated effluent samples from the Board lab within 02 months period.</span></p> |
