Earlier, the industry was granted consent under Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 dated 30.04.2018 both valid upto 30.06.2022 through OCMMS.</span></p>
<p style="margin: 0in; margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 115%;"><span style="font-family: 'Calibri','sans-serif'; mso-ascii-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-fareast-theme-font: minor-fareast; mso-hansi-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-bidi-font-family: Raavi; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-bidi;"> Now the industry has applied for renewal of consents and RO has reported that the </span><span style="font-family: 'Calibri','sans-serif'; mso-ascii-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-fareast-theme-font: minor-fareast; mso-hansi-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-bidi-font-family: Raavi; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-bidi;"> industry has installed 2 no. induction furnaces of capacity 750 kg/heat and 500 kg/heat with separate bag filter house as APCD. The air emission sample of induction furnace was lastly collected on 28.02.2020 and SPM was found 114 mg/Nm3 and 98 mg/Nm3, which is within limits of the Board. The industry has installed 2 No. shot blasting machines with separate bag house filter as APCD. The industry has installed two powder coating booths with in-built cyclone as APCD and also installed electric baking oven. </span></p>
