It is intimated PP has not submitted permission from DTP regarding the suitability of the such type of project w.r.t SCN.RO has not given comments on whether PP has made compliance with the mechanism/ guidelines prescribed by the Board on 02.02.2021 as well as Board's letter no. 22641-46 dated 14/10/2021 in true letter and spirit and whether ETP is adequate for treatment of the such type of wastewater generated from the project.</span></p>
