PP has applied fresh CTE for Residential Plots (68 ), EWS Plots (7 ), Community centers (1 ), and Commercial Plots (9). an area of 3.587 acres or 14523.37 sqm. About 38 KLD of wastewater will be generated from the project after full occupancy which will be treated in the proposed STP of capacity 50 KLD MBBR technology. The treated wastewater after STP will be utilized for the green area of about 879 .54 sqm development within the premises and the remaining discharged into 0.6 acres of adjoining land has been reserved under Karnal Technology for disposal of excess treated wastewater till the MC sewer is connected.</span></span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span lang="EN-IN">RO has reported that the site is suitable for such type of project</span></span></p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span lang="EN-IN">1. The project proponent will not discharge domestic effluent into the sewer leading to the STP, Kharar without prior written permission of the Board.</span></span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span lang="EN-IN">2. The project proponent shall not give possessions to the owners without prior permission of the Board.</span></span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span lang="EN-IN">3. The PP shall install the smog gun well before starting the construction.</span></span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span lang="EN-IN">4. The project proponent shall develop a plantation area of 0.6 acres as per Karnal Technology. The PP shall not carry out any type of construction in the area reserved for plantation till the upgradation and enhanced capacity of the STPs installed by the MC is adequate and sewer connection is granted by the MC authority.</span></span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span lang="EN-IN"> 5. PP will develop the project on its own risk & cost in regard to disposal arrangement.</span></span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span lang="EN-IN">7. The promoter company shall also explore the possibility of using treated domestic effluent for useful purposes such as construction work, sprinkling on dusty patches/roads, use in nearby construction activities, etc.</span></span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span lang="EN-IN">8. The industry shall obtain the necessary clearance for the abstraction of groundwater from the Punjab Water Regulation & Development Authority (PWRDA).</span></span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span lang="EN-IN">9. The promoter company shall ensure compliance with the Solid Waste Management Rules, 2016, and being the bulk waste generator shall ensure segregation of solid waste at source, facilitate collection of segregated waste in separate streams, handover recyclable material to either the authorized waste pickers or the authorized recyclers as prescribed in Solid Waste Management Rules, 2016.</span></span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span lang="EN-IN">10. The bio-degradable waste shall be processed, treated, and disposed of through a mechanical composter. The residual waste shall be given to the waste collectors or agency as directed by the local body.</span></span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span lang="EN-IN"> 11. The promoter company shall not consume any fuel except HSD for DG set, for burning purposes without the prior written permission of the Board.</span></span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span lang="EN-IN"> 12) The PP shall install the smog gun to control the dust emission to be generated from the construction activities of the project.</span></span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span lang="EN-IN"> </span></span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span lang="EN-IN">13. The project proponent shall not discharge any domestic effluent (treated or untreated) into choe / drain /river or in any inland surface water at any time or any other unauthorized place by any unauthorized means and shall explore the possibility of reduction of quantum of abstraction of groundwater by reusing the treated wastewater in the various activities.</span></span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span lang="EN-IN"> 14. The project proponent shall maintain the plantation area as well as a permanent pipeline network for uniform distribution of wastewater in the entire plantation area, so that no stagnation of wastewater occurs inside, outside, or in the plantation area at any time.</span></span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span lang="EN-IN">15. The project proponent shall install a water meter on the freshwater supply and all proposed modes of disposal.</span></span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span lang="EN-IN">16. The industry shall ensure compliance with provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981, the Environment (Protection) Act, 1986, and or any other environment law applicable to him and rules, circulars issued by the Board from time to time.</span></span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">17. In case of any violation action u/s 33-A of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 will be initiated for closure of the project proponent without further notice.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span lang="EN-IN"> 18)The CTE is being issued to the industry based on the documents/ information submitted by it along with the online application form. The Board would be at liberty to take penal action against the industry and its responsible/ concerned person(s) in case information/document is detected as incorrect/false/misleading at any point in time.</span></span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span lang="EN-IN">A copy of the NOC may also be forwarded to Circle Revenue Officer, Tehsil Kharar, SAS Nagar for information with a request not to register any sale deed mentioned in the khatoni no 9/10 khasra no. 58( 9-8),59(17-6) land located at Village Khuni Majra Kharar, and any group housing site /industry plot falling in these khasra number .</span></span></p>
