<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"> If approved CTO under Water Act,1974 may be refused. The EE RO may also be requested to revisit the workshop immediately to monitor the ETP and check the mode of disposal and recheck the record maintained by the workshop and verify the compliance with environmental law and send the report along with recommendations through e-note immediately .</span></p>
