<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; background: white;">It is intimated that the unit has established without consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; background: white;">Now, the unit has applied to fresh consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>The unit has submitted CA Certificate, Site Plan, Feasibility report, completion of STP & undertaking affidavit to submit the CLU.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; background: white;">It is submitted the unit is existing w.e.f. 2019.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>The unit has also regular from tourism Department etc. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; background: white;">The unit has deposited Rs. 23200/- vide UTR No. 945484941 dated 16.11.2022 under Air Act and Rs. 23200/- vide UTR No. 279701496 dated 27.05.2022 under Water Act, 1974.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>The fee deposited by the unit is adequate upto 31.12.2024 after deduction of penalty. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; background: white;">The unit was visited by officer of this office on 07.12.2022 and observed that the unit has provided 10 no. rooms, 01 kitchen.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>The unit has installed STP of capacity 5 KLD for the treatment of domestic effluent generated from its premises and same was discharged onto land for plantation.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>The unit has installed one no. DG Set of capacity 65.09 KVA with canopy and adequate stack height. The unit has submit the undertaking regarding classification of area which is mentioning that they will submit the CLU within six months.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>The unit has undertaken that the MSW will be shifted to local vendor. There are open agricultural area surrounding the unit and the site is suitable. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; background: white;">In view of above, may if approved, it is recommended that the consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>may be granted to the unit upto 31.12.2024 with suitable terms and with special condition that the unit shall submit the effluent analysis report from the Board lab within 02 months.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>The unit shall obtain CLU from concerned Department within six months as per undertaking/affidavit given by the unit.</span></p> |
