May, if approved, consent to establish under the provisions of Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry for one year for setting up of Restaurant, Hotel for manufacturing of All Types of Burgers @ 350 no./day under the Brand name of Burger King subject to the suitable conditions and following additional conditions:</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Segoe UI',sans-serif; color: black;">1. The unit will apply for obtaining consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 before commissioning of the unit.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Segoe UI',sans-serif; color: black;">2. The unit shall provide adequate arrangements for the disposal of Solid Waste.</span></p>
