<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; background: white;">It is intimated that the industry was granted consent to establish (NOC) under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 valid upto 31.01.2023 under green category.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; background: white;">Now, the unit has applied to fresh consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. The unit has submitted CA Certificate and compliance report of<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>NOC.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; background: white;">The unit has deposited Rs. 21600/- vide UTR No. CMS2975729467 dated 30.11.2022 under Air Act and Rs. 21600/- vide UTR No. CMS295729460 dated 30.11.2022 under Water Act, 1974.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>The fee deposited by the unit is adequate upto 31.12.2025.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; background: white;"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>The unit was visited by officer of this office on 12.12.2022 and observed that the industry was in operation and engaged in the manufacturing of Tube and Hose Assemblies @ 6000 no./day. There will be no source of generation of trade effluent, only domestic effluent will be generated, which will be discharged into PSIEC, sewer.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>The industry has installed induction heater for heating the pipe before bending will also not generate any emissions. The industry has installed 01 DG set of capacity 125 KVA <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>fitted with canopy and stack of adequate height. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; background: white;">In view of above, if approved, it is recommended that the consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>may be granted to the unit upto 31.12.2025 with suitable terms and with special condition that the industry shall not generate any kind of trade effluent in its premises. The industry shall not make any expansion without prior permission of the Board.</span></p>
