As per the feasibility report submitted by the industry, </span><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; mso-bidi-font-size: 11.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-ansi-language: EN-IN;">there will no waste water generation & all the waste water generated from its process will be reused back into its process. As such, the industry has not proposed any ETP for treatment of said waste water. However, the industry has proposed to provide proposed</span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 14.0pt; mso-bidi-font-size: 11.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';"> 3 tanks having size 2 mtr × 2 mtr × 2.2 mtr for re-circulating water. The industry will make 3 no. of sludge beds of size 3Mx 3M x 1.5M no. The sludge beds will be further connected to main Collection tank by means of perforated water tubes. Further, as per the prevailing policy, the Board has already issued NOC/Consent to such type of units on the above said procedure, for re-use of its wastewater back into the process, the detail of the same is mentioned below: -</span></p>

Further, M/s DSG Paper has valid authorization under the HOWM Rules, 2016, valid utp 31.03.2026 for disposal of its ETP sludge of cat. 32.3 @1200 tonne/annum.</span></p>
