<p>Sir, it is submitted that the industry was visited by undersigned on 10.12.2022 and it was observed as under :-</p>
<p>1. The industry is a storage facility for pharma/cosmetic products.</p>
<p>2. The industry has not installed any machinery for manufacturing of any material.</p>
<p>3. No trade effluent is generated and only domestic effluent is discharged onto land for plantation after septic tank.</p>
<p>4. The industry has installed two no. D.G set of capacities 200 KVA & 125 KVA alongwith canopies and adequate stack heights. </p>
<p>5. The industry is located in industrial zone as per Master Plan, (2007-21) Ludhiana as already mentioned in the earlier note. </p>
