<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; line-height: 15.3333px; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">Sir, the case was scrutinized and the following observations were made:-</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; line-height: 15.3333px; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';"> The hospital was earlier granted consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 with special condition that the hospital shall submit building plan approved from M.C Jalandhar before 31.03.2022. However, the hospital has failed to submit building plan approved from M.C Jalandhar. Moreover, the hospital has submitted letter in which it has mentioned that “they don’t have building plan approved by Municipal Corporation, Jalandhar as the hospital was built in 1983”. The hospital is requested to submit in writing from Municipal Corporation, Jalandhar regarding same. Furthermore, the hospital has neither deposited consent fee nor has submitted hard copy in this office.</span></p>
