<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: .5in;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; background: white;">It is submitted that the proposed site was visited on 08.12.2022 and observed that the proposed site falls on road emerging from (right hand side of tepla to banur road). The proposed site is abutting the educational institute namely M/s Goswami Ganesh Dutta S.D. College, Vill. Kheri Gurna, Rajpura and as such, there maybe nuisance to the educational institute due to the operation of industry. As such, the industry is required to submit its proposal to provide any green buffer towards the boundary facing the educational institute, so as to avoid any difficulty to the educational institute after commissioning of the industry. The industry is required to submit revised plan as above. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: .5in;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; background: white;">If approved, application of the industry maybe returned due to said observations and requested to resubmit the application after complying with said observations.</span></p> |
