CTE/Fresh/SAS/2018/6966392 dated 12.03.2018 which was valid upto 31.12.2018 for construction of 287 flats in an area of 4.68 acre having built up area: 36,647.72 sqm subject to suitable conditions mentioned therein.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-top: .05pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%; tab-stops: 7.5in;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">Thereafter, the project proponent applied for obtaining fresh consent to operate under red category under the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 and same was processed through OCMMS.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-top: .05pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%; tab-stops: 7.5in;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The industry had submitted site plan of the project approved by competent authority. The industry had submitted a copy of completion certificate issued by Green Enviro Solutions vide dated 30.12.2020 in which mention that:</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-top: .05pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%; tab-stops: 7.5in;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">Thereafter, the project proponent was granted consent to operate under red category under the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 vide no. CTOW/Fresh/SAS/2021/15155258 dated 15.05.2021 which was valid upto 30.09.2022 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 vide no. CTOA/Fresh/SAS/2021/15155661 dated 06.05.2021 which was valid upto 30.09.2022 subject to certain terms and conditions mentioned therein.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-top: .05pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%; tab-stops: 7.5in;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">Now, the project proponent has applied for obtaining renewal consent to operate under the provision of Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for operation of 287 flats along with requisite documents which may kindly be perused.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-top: .05pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%; tab-stops: 7.5in;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The project proponent has deposited Rs. 119000/- vide UTR No. N256222118485145 dated 13.09.2022 and Rs. 52000/- vide UTR No. N307222189764253 dated 03.11.2022 under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974. The project proponent also deposited Rs. 119000/- vide UTR No. N256222118469069 dated 13.09.2022 and Rs. 52000/- vide UTR No. N307222189765991 dated 03.11.2022 under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. The total fee deposited by the project proponent is adequate upto 15.09.2024 (Rs. 200 extra / additional under both the Acts) after adjusting late fee / penalty against the total cost of the project Rs. 73.2 crores as per latest CA certificate submitted by the project proponent.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-top: .05pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%; tab-stops: 7.5in;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The project proponent has submitted compliance report of the previous granted consent to establish from pollution angle under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 as well as also submitted compliance report of the EC granted by Competent Authority. </span></p>
