CTE/Fresh/PTA/2021/16975945 dated 21/10/2021 which was valid upto 29/09/2022 for setting up of Warehouse for storage of materials in an area measuring 9995.735 Sqm, having built up area of 4180.636 Sq.m under orange category subject to suitable conditions and special conditions as mentioned therein. </span></p> <p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-left: 0in; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in; mso-layout-grid-align: none; text-autospace: none;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif;">Now, the promoter has applied for obtaining consent to operate under the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for operation of warehouse in an area of 9995.735 Sq. m having built up area 4180.636 sqm under orange category along with requisite documents at its existing capacity i.e. application form, CA certificate, land documents, proof of date commissioning, proposed building plan, CLU, Revenue certificate etc. The industry has deposited fees Rs. 59900/- vide UTR no. KKBKH22279919677 dated 06.10.2022 under Water (Prevention &amp; Control of Pollution) Act, 1974, including penalty fee and Rs. 54000/- vide UTR no. KKBKH22277806456 dated 04.10.2022 under the Air (Prevention &amp; Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. The consent fee deposited by the industry is adequate upto 30.09.2027<span style="color: #c00000;"> </span>against the value of fixed assets of Rs. 389.17 Lakhs as on 28.09.2022 as per CA certificate submitted by the industry. <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">&nbsp;</span></span></p> <p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-left: 0in; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in; mso-layout-grid-align: none; text-autospace: none;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif;">The industry has submitted approved building plan from competent person. The industry has submitted compliance report of NOC conditions earlier granted to it under the Water (Prevention &amp; Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention &amp; Control of Pollution) Act, 1981.</span></p> <p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-left: 0in; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in; mso-layout-grid-align: none; text-autospace: none;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif;">Accordingly, the industry was visited by the AEE of this office on 08.12.2022.
