<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; color: black; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>The industry has applied for fresh consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 under orange category for manufacturing of industrial packing bags @ 1.03 MTPD by using Fresh Plastic Granuals @ 0.45 MTPD, Recycled Plastic Granules @ 0.58 MTPD. The industry has submitted GST certificate as a proof of date of commissioning. The industry has submitted consent fees under both acts valid upto 30.09.2025.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman';"><span style="mso-tab-count: 2;"> </span></span><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; color: black; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">The site of industry was visited by the AEE of this office on 10.12.2022 and it was observed as under:-</span></p>

<li class="MsoNormal" style="color: black; margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">The industry was in operation and engaged in industrial packing bags. </span></li>
<li class="MsoNormal" style="color: black; margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">The industry has installed 6 no. extruders in its premises.</span></li>
<li class="MsoNormal" style="color: black; margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">The industry has not installed any D.G set in its premises.</span></li>
<li class="MsoNormal" style="color: black; margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">Only domestic effluent is being discharged into sewer.</span></li>
