<p><span style="color: #5d5d5d; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff;">It is submitted that the industry was visited on 12.12.2022 and found not in operation. Cleaning and servicing of machinery was in progress. The representative informed that the unit will be put in operation only after obtaining CTO of he board. </span><span style="background-color: #ffffff; color: #5d5d5d; font-size: 16px; text-align: justify;">Keeping in view of above, it is again recommended that the consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the unit up to 30/09/2027 with suitable terms & conditions along with special conditions that the unit will get effluent sample analyzed from the Board within 02 months.</span></p> |
