LDH/EE/RO-IV/APC/GREEN/2013/R-367 dated 07.06.2013 and under Water Act, 1974 vide no.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>LDH/EE/RO-IV/WPC/GREEN/2013/R-313 dated 07.06.2013, both valid upto 31.12.202. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; color: #5d5d5d; background: white;">Now, The project proponent vide its application, received through OCMMS, has applied for obtaining renewal of ‘Consent to Operate for the same. The PP has submitted requisite documents alongwith consent fee. The PP has deposited Rs 9500/- vide R no. 11287907 dated 08.12.2022, out of which Rs. 9000 as air consent fee and Rs 500 as application form fee, Rs 9000/- as water consent fee vide R no. 209503372 dated 08.12.2022 against the CA certificate of Rs. 9.91 lacs. The consent fee deposited by the PP is valid upto 31.12.2032 under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 and Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; color: #5d5d5d; background: white;"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>The D.E is being discharged into septic tank followed by plantation by the PP. No T.E is being generated. The PP has provided a D.G set of capacity 135 KVA, which was equipped with canopy.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; color: #5d5d5d; background: white;"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>Keeping in view the above, it is recommended that renewal of <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>‘Consent to operate’ under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the PP upto 31.12.2030 subject to the suitable conditions alongwith following special conditions: </span></p>

The project proponent will comply with all the conditions of Master Plan, Jagraon (2010-2031). </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; color: #5d5d5d; background: white;">3. The project proponent will shift from its present location to confirming zone as per provisions of the Master Plan, Jagraon. </span></p>
