<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; background: white;">It is intimated that unit is a Pizza preparation unit established and commissioned without obtaining NOC/Consents of the Board. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; background: white;">Now, the unit has applied for obtaining consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 through OCMMS along with requisite documents. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; background: white;">The unit has deposited Rs. 60500/- vide online UTR No. SBIN222279459853 dated 06/10/2022 including Rs. 28550/- each as consent to operate under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 and Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974, Rs. 2900/- as NOC regularization fee & Rs. 500/- as application fee and same are adequate upto 31/12/2026 under both Acts against gross value of fixed assets of the industry worth Rs. 41,35,507/- as on 12/04/2022 as per CA certificate submitted by the unit.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; background: white;">The unit has submitted lease deed effected from year 2015 which is valid upto 2039, which has also considered as proof of date of commissioning of the unit.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; background: white;">The unit has submitted report issued from the Office of the Batala Improvement Trust, Batala vide no. 429/BIT/2007 Dated 26/03/2007. The unit has submitted allotment letter for shop issued from Improvement Trust, Batala. The unit has submitted design drawing of ETP installed of capacity 4 KLD for treating its effluent form its premises. The unit has also submitted copy of bills issued from the PWSSB, Batala regarding discharging of its effluent generated into sewer after treatment through ETP.</span></p>

<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-left: .25in; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Verdana; mso-bidi-font-family: Verdana;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">3.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; background: white;">During visit it observed that there was no such type of utensils used by the unit which are generating wastewater during its washing. Only meshes are in used for purposes of baking of eatable items in electric oven. However, the unit has installed Oil & Grease Trap in its washing area and also installed ETP to treat effluent being generated.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="margin-left: .25in; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Verdana; mso-bidi-font-family: Verdana;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">4.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; background: white;">The unit has installed DG set of capacity 40 KVA which is provided with canopy.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; background: white;">In view of the above, may if approved consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the resort for a period upto 31/12/2026 (upto validity of fee) with suitable conditions.</span></p> |
