CTE/Fresh/PTA/2022/19689046 dated 09-09-2022 and having validity upto 08-09-2023 for Ready Mix Concrete @ 60 m3/h by using <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>Cement @ 60 Metric Tonnes/Day, Fly ash @ 20 Metric Tonnes/Day, Admixture @ 0.40 Metric Tonnes/Day, Sand/ M-Sand @ 170 Metric Tonnes/Day, Fine Aggregate @ 100 Metric Tonnes/Day, Coarse Aggregate @ 122 Metric Tonnes/Day and Water 115 Kilo Liters/Day as raw material under green category subject to conditions as mentioned therein.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 115%;"><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; background: white;"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>Now, the industry has applied for obtaining fresh consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for Ready Mix Concrete @ 60 m3/h by using<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>Cement @ 60 Metric Tonnes/Day, Fly ash @ 20 Metric Tonnes/Day, Admixture @ 0.40 Metric Tonnes/Day, Sand/ M-Sand @ 170 Metric Tonnes/Day, Fine Aggregate @ 100 Metric Tonnes/Day, Coarse Aggregate @ 122 Metric Tonnes/Day and Water 115 Kilo Liters/Day as raw material under green category along with requisite documents. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 115%;"><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; background: white;">The industry has deposited Rs. 16800 /- vide Receipt No. 456309647 dated 28.11.2022 as consent fee under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Rs. 16800 /- vide Receipt No. 786853982 dated 28.11.2022 as consent fee under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. The total consent fee deposited by the industry is adequate upto 31.12.2024 against the fixed assets of </span><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif;">Rs.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>386.0 lakh <span style="background: white;">as on 10.11.2022 as per CA certificate submitted by it. The industry has submitted compliance report of NOC conditions earlier granted to it under the green category. </span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; line-height: 115%;"><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; background: white;"><span style="mso-tab-count: 2;"> </span></span><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">The proposed site was visited by undersigned </span><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; background: white;">on 08.12.2022 and it</span><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;"> was observed that the PP has installed the machinery of RMC plant. However, the same is yet to be made operational. The industry has provided septic tank for treatment of domestic effluent and same is being utilized for plantation purpose. The industry has provided one no. DG set of capacity 750 KVA equipped with canopy and adequate stack height. No fuel is being used and no trade effluent is being generated from the process. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 115%;"><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif;">As per the policy dated 30.04.2013 the project falls in the green category of the industries and competency to <span style="mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">decide</span> the case lies with EE, Regional Office.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 115%;"><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif;">The unit is complying with the provisions of Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 115%;"><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; background: white;">Keeping above in view of above, it is recommended that the partial</span><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif;"> fresh consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry <span style="background: white;">upto 31.12.2024 for</span> <span style="background: white;">Ready Mix Concrete @ 60 m3/h by using<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>Cement @ 60 Metric Tonnes/Day, Fly ash @ 20 Metric Tonnes/Day, Admixture @ 0.40 Metric Tonnes/Day, Sand/ M-Sand @ 170 Metric Tonnes/Day, Fine Aggregate @ 100 Metric Tonnes/Day, Coarse Aggregate @ 122 Metric Tonnes/Day and Water 115 Kilo Liters/Day as raw material under green category </span>subject to certain conditions and special conditions as under:<span style="background: white;"> -</span></span></p>
