<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; margin-right: -16.7pt; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 18.0pt; background: white;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; background: white; mso-ansi-language: EN-IN;">Now the stone crusher has applied for obtaining renewal of consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for the operation of stone crusher for revised production of Washed Crushed Bajri @ 2500 CFT/Day, Washed Sand 1500 CFT/Day from River Bed Material @ 4000 CFT/Day through OCMMS in a totally paperless manner by uploading necessary documents as PDF.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; margin-right: -16.7pt; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 18.0pt; background: white;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; background: white; mso-ansi-language: EN-IN;">The stone crusher has deposited Rs. 40400/- vide online UTR No. SDL118117375 dated 30/11/2022 and Rs. 37000/- vide online UTR No. SDL118117407 dated 30/11/2022 as consent to operate fee under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 & Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 including Rs. 2900/- as NOC regularization fee & Rs. 500/- as application fee respectively and same are adequate upto 30/09/2027 under both Acts against total gross value of fixed assets worth Rs. 31,50,000/- as on 31/10/2022 as per CA certificate submitted by the stone crusher.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; margin-right: -16.7pt; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 18.0pt; background: white;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; background: white; mso-ansi-language: EN-IN;">The stone crusher has submitted compliance report of consents granted earlier in Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 in annotated form.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 18.0pt; background: white;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; background: white; mso-ansi-language: EN-IN;">In view of above, it is recommended that Consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be renewed upto 30/09/2027 for the operation of stone crusher for production of Washed Crushed Bajri @ 2500 CFT/Day, Washed Sand 1500 CFT/Day from River Bed Material @ 4000 CFT/Day as per policy of the Board without visiting the unit/site in the light of Head Office Order No. 59 dated 02/02/2016 with suitable conditions along with special conditions:-</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 18.0pt; background: white; margin: 0in 0in .0001pt .25in;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-ansi-language: EN-IN;">1.</span><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-size: 7.0pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-ansi-language: EN-IN;"> </span><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-ansi-language: EN-IN;">The stone crusher shall comply with the orders of NGT in O.A. No 57/2020 or any relevant orders of Competent Authority in related matter.</span></p>
