<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">Keeping in view of the above, it is recommended as under:-</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">1. <span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span> Show cause notice issued to the industry for violating of the provisions under Water Act, 1974 <span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>& Air Act, 1981 may be dropped.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">2. <span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span> The industry may be granted consent to operate under the Air Act, 1981 upto 19.07.2023 with<span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>special conditions as proposed by AEE, please.</p> |
