The case was scrutinized and the following observations were made:-
The industry has applied for obtaining fresh consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. However, the partnership deed submitted by the industry is not Authenticated/Attested by any authority. Moreover, the industry has not submitted manufacturing process details alongwith process flow chart. Furthermore, the industry has not submitted consent fee under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981.
