Moreover, the industry has produced bills in this regard. The industry has deposited adequate NOC regularization fee amounting Rs. 5600 vide UTR / Ref. No. N259222122957240 dated 16.09.2022. Further, the industry has not installed any additional polluting machinery or machinery capable of enhancing production capacity.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 115%; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">2.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 115%;">The industry has installed M.S hood followed by twin cyclone and bag filter house as APCD with the induction furnace</span>. <span style="font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; orphans: 2; widows: 2; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; text-decoration-thickness: initial; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial; word-spacing: 0px;">The industry has submitted copy of stack emission analysis sample report issued from SIMA labs dated 24.11.2022 and as per analysis report, the concentration of PM was found 56.6 mg/Nm3 against the prescribed limit of 150 mg/Nm3</span>.</p>

<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 115%;">Since, the industry is not located in non-attainment city. Therefore, the application is submitted for approval as already recommended vide note dated 30.11.2022 with special condition that as under:</span></p>

<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-left: .75in; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.75in; mso-text-indent-alt: -.25in; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo2;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 115%; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;"><span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span>II.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 115%;">The industry shall appoint dedicated staff for operation/maintenance of APCD/ collection system, within one month.</span></p>
