<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: .5in;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The industry has applied for obtaining 'Consent to Established' under Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 for setting up service station cum sales showroom of four wheelers. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: .5in;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The earlier application of the project proponent was returned, as the industry failed to submit the certificate regarding</span> <span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">suitability of site for such type of establishment, and did not mentioned the details of the hazardous waste to be generated after commissioning of project. Now the industry has replied for obtaining 'Consent to Established' under Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981. The industry has filed online application form, uploaded project report, site plant, Location plan, feasibility report of ETP to be installed, acknowledgement regarding submission of request to DTP Ludhiana regarding suitability of site. Clarification was raised to the industry to submit concrete proof regarding suitability of site for such type of establishment. In reply to that the industry has submitted undertaking mentioning that the site is suitable for such type of establishments, However no official letter regarding suitability of site has been submitted by the project proponent form DTP or revenue department.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: .5in;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';"> </span></p>
<p class="TableParagraph" style="text-align: justify; margin: .3pt 0in .0001pt 0in;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';"> The industry has deposited Rs. 8900/- vide no. N284222158039129 dated 11.10.2022, which is adequate for one year.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';"> The proposed site of the industry was visited by AEE of this office on 23.11.2022 & observed that:-</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormalCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; mso-pagination: widow-orphan; text-autospace: ideograph-numeric ideograph-other;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';"> In view of the above, if deemed fit 'Consent to Establish (NOC)' under the provisions of the Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry based on the undertaking regarding the suitability of the site submitted by the industry, with the suitable terms and conditions.</span></p>
