Only domestic effluent shall be generated and discharge into sewer.</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 18.0pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; background: white; margin: .05pt 4.75pt .0001pt .25in;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; mso-fareast-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">r.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri;">The industry shall ensure that dismantled e-waste are segregated and sent to the authorized recycling facilities for recovery of materials; non-recyclable or non-recoverable components are sent to authorized treatment storage and disposal facilities.</span></p>

Shailesh Singh Vs. Government of UP & Others.</span></p>
