<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: .5in;"><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif;">It is submitted that the industry is small scale orange category unit (rice mill) and has been granted NOC vide CTE/Fresh/LDH4/2022/19452058 dated 03.08.2022 is valid upto 02.08.2023. Now, the rice sheller has applied for fresh Consent under the Water Act, 1974 and under the Air Act, 1981 for processing of Rice @ 02 TPH by using paddy @ 03 TPH as raw material by installing shelling section of 03 TPH and Dryer 32 TPD using cyclone separator as APCD. The rice sheller has deposited of Rs 8900/- vide R. No. 536835576 dated 01.12.2022 under the Water Act, 1974 and Rs 8400/- vide R. No. 280610160 dated 01.12.2022 under the Air Act, 1981, which is adequate upto 01.12.2023.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif;">The rice sheller was visited by the undersigned on 05.12.2022 and it was observed as under:-</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: .5in;"><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif;">In view of above, it is recommended that fresh of consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 may be granted to the rice sheller upto 30.11.2023 for processing of Paddy @ 02 TPH with special conditions that :-</span></p>
