<p style="text-align: justify;">Discussed. It was apprised that as per latest guidelines of poultry farm dated 10.01.2022, the poultry farm is falls under Green Category. However, the said poultry farm has installed feed mill and as per categorisation of industries dated 29.09.2016, the CPCB has mentioned "Fish feed , poultry farm and cattle feed" under Orange category at Serial no. 2030. </p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">As such, feed mill is covered under Orange category and industry is required to be consider under Orange Category.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">If approved, the case may be sent to higher authorities for taking opinion w.r.t. category of the poultry farm with feed mill, please.</p> |
