<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">If approved partial CTO under the provisions of the Water Act, 1974 for the operation of 50 flats and 5 shops may be granted up to 31.03.2024 with special conditions as proposed by EE, RO. EE, RO may also be requested to visit the site to monitor the STP, verify the mode of disposal, and verify the compliance with environmental law, if found any violation is then send the recommendation as per hearing decision no.1 .</span></p>
