As reported by Regional Office, the industry has submitted the analysis results of the treated effluent carried out by the industry from NABL Lab on 08/07/2022 and the conc. of all the parameters were found within the permissible limits. Accordingly Regional Office has recommended the case for renewal of CTOs upto 30/09/2024 with the specific condition that: 1.    This consent is granted on the basis of compliance reports submitted by the industry, in compliance to policy of the Board circulated vide letter dated 02/02/2016, to the effect that it is complying with the conditions of consents granted to it under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981.   Since, the unit is a medium scale orange category unit and as per Board circular dated 30/10/2017 required to be visited once in a year for monitoring/ sampling, but Regional Office has not mentioned the last date of visit/ sampling of the industry. If approved, the case be returned to Regional Office with request to clarify the same, whether the unit was complying with the provisions of Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 and send the recommendations accordingly, please. <span style="font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: Tahoma; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; mso-fareast-language: EN-US; mso-bidi-language: PA;">
