<p style="text-align: justify;">Kindly peruse the note and recommendation given by RO. RO has reported that PP has failed to deposit the consent fee/ penalty fee in spite of regular persuasion by AEE RO. But RO has not raised the clarification of the above-said issue before completing the Scrutiny.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">If approved SCN for refusal CTO under the Water Act,1974 may be issued to PP with an opportunity to submit the reply within 7 days. </p>
