CTE/Fresh/SAS/2022/18854935 dated 13/06/2022 having validity upto 08/06/2023 for Ready Mix Concrete @ 45.0 m3/h by using Cement @ 20.0 T/day, Sand @ 75.0 T/day, Coarse Aggregates @ 105.0 T/day, Concrete Admixture @ 250.0 Kgs/day and Water @ 15.0 Kilo Liters/Day as raw material, subject to certain conditions as mentioned therein.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">Now, the industry has applied for obtaining fresh consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for Ready Mix Concrete @ 45.0 m3/h by using Cement @ 20.0 T/day, Sand @ 75.0 T/day, Coarse Aggregates @ 105.0 T/day, Concrete Admixture @ 250.0 Kgs/day and Water @ 15.0 Kilo Liters/Day as raw material, alongwith requisite documents and fees.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The industry has submitted its CA certificate mentioning the cost of the project of Rs. 118.89 lakh as on 31/03/2022. The industry has deposited Rs. 40,000/- vide online UTR no. N340222235265361 dated 06/12/2022 under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Rs. 39,000/- vide online UTR no. N340222235255594 dated 06/12/2022 under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. The consent fee deposited by the industry is adequate upto 31/12/2028, under both the Acts.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The industry has submitted copy of building plan approved by the competent person Er. Rajnish Kumar Singla under Director of Factories Act. The industry has submitted its partnership deed dated 20/01/2022 executed between Smt. Savita D/o Shri Shobha Ram R/o C-1023, Gaur Homes, Govindpuram, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh as 1<sup>st</sup> party and Smt. Divya Gautam D/o Shri Padam Dev,R/o Flat no. 603, East End Apartment, Block-11, Mayur Phase-II, Extension, East Delhi as 2<sup>nd</sup> party.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The industry has submitted its rent agreement dated 03/3/2022 executed between Amandeep Singh Sandhu S/o Iqbal Singh Resident of House No.37, Rose Park, Jalandhar (1<sup>st</sup> party) and M/s Value concrete Solutions, C-1023, Gaur Homes, Govindpuram, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh (as 2<sup>nd</sup> party).</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The site of the project was visited by the AEE of this office on 12/12/2022 and during visit it was observed as under:</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">Keeping in view of the above, it is recommended that consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry upto 31/12/2028 for Ready Mix Concrete @ 45.0 m3/h by using Cement @ 20.0 T/day, Sand @ 75.0 T/day, Coarse Aggregates @ 105.0 T/day, Concrete Admixture @ 250.0 Kgs/day and Water @ 15.0 Kilo Liters/Day as raw material, subject to certain.</span></p>
