The application of the project proponent was scrutinized and it was observed as under:
a) The project proponent has not attached partnership deed of proposed unit M/s Chadha Milk Plant.
b) The project proponent has not mentioned any detail regarding generation of domestic effluent vis-à-vis its treatment in the application form.
c) The project proponent has not submitted any detail regarding sources of air pollution vis-à-vis air pollution control device (s) to be provided in the application form.
d) The project proponent has not submitted any detail regarding process emission and its control in the application form.
e) The project proponent has not earmarked the plantation area on site plan for disposal of treated wastewater to be generated by it.
It is requested to clarify the above, within 02 days.
