The application of the industry was scrutinized and it was observed that
1. The applicant has not submitted the manufacturing process flow chart and details of disposal of treated effluent along with ETP details.
2. The Site plan/Location plan submitted by the applicant is not clear.
3. The applicant has not submitted the land use classification or Undertaking to the effect that the proposed site of the project / industry is located in the designated Industrial zone/ area of the notified/ draft Master Plan in which the establishment of such industry/ project is permissible.
The applicant is requested to clarify the above so that further action in the matter may be taken.
