<p style="text-align: justify;">It is intimated that such type of matter has also been discuused with MS Sir, in the case of Suman Divine Homes regarding the copy of CTE to be sent to ADC (UD). </p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">If approroved, same may be amended as under: </p>
<p>A copy of the CTE may be forwarded to Additional Deputy Commissioner (UD) for SAS Nagar for information with the request not to allow any expansion/ approval on the land of 0.6 acres proposed/ reserved for plantation (khatoni no 9/10 khasra no. 58( 9-8),59(17-6) land located at Village Khuni Majra Kharar).</p>
