<p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 150%; text-align: justify;">It is submitted that the industry was visited by the undersigned on 01.10.2022 and was found violating the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974. The sample collected from the plantation area was found above the prescribed limits of the Board. The industry has recently been visited and no hearing against the said visit has been given to the industry.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 150%; text-align: justify;">It is requested to advise the undersigned whether the industry has to be re-visited to check the previous non-compliances or to collect the effluent samples so that visit can be done accordingly, please.</p> |
