The industry has applied for fresh consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981under green category online through Invest Punjab Portal. The industry has uploaded the requisite documents i.e. approved building plan, CA certificate regarding value of fixed assets, manufacturing process chart, copy of registry, copy of GST number, partnership deed etc. The industry has uploaded copy of GST number as evidence document for its date of commencement. The industry has deposited consent fee for <br />Rs. 20300/- vide R.No. 407590293 dated 13.11.2022 as consent fee under Water Act, 1974 for Rs. 11000/-, penalty for three years for Rs. 6600/-, NOC regularization fee for Rs. 2200/- & Form fee for Rs. 500/- <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>& Rs. 17600/- R.No. 861538836 dated 13.11.2022 as consent fee under Air Act, 1981 for Rs. 11000/- & penalty for delay of three years Rs. 6600/-. Date of commencement of the industry is June, 2020. Consent fee deposited by the industry is adequate upto 31.03.2025 under both acts.</span></p>
