<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">It is submitted that the industry was granted </span><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 vide no. CTOW/Varied/LDHKH/2022/16764595 dated 06/01/2022 and under the Air Act, 1981 vide no. CTOA/Varied/LDHKH/2022/16764686 dated 06/01/2022, both valid upto 30/06/2022 for the manufacturing of Plywood/ Black board flush door @ 63000 Sqm/day with certain conditions and following special conditions:</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">1. The industry shall make an agreement with TSDF Nimbua for lifting of Solids left in the evaporation tank, within 7 days and submit compliance immediately thereafter.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">2. The industry shall get its DFO License renewed and submit the same in the Board.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">3. The industry shall not operate 1 no. core drying press, dispose off the same immediately and submit compliance to the Board.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';"> </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">Now, the industry has applied for renewal of CTOs, but as per the report of Regional Office, the industry has not yet make an agreement with TSDF, Nimbua for lifting of Solids left in the evaporation tank, it has not submit the license renewed by the DFO and still not dispose off 1 no. core drying press as per consent condition. Therefore, the industry is not complying with the earlier granted consent conditions.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 11pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">In view of facts mentioned above, if approved, SCN for refusal of renewal of CTOs under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be issued to the industry to file the written reply within 7 days, please.</span></p> |
