<p dir="ltr">It is submitted that earlier directions u/s 31 A was issued for closure of the kiln for failure to obtain CTO of the Board alongwith usage of unauthorized fuel. Failing of above directions legal action u/s 37 (I) of the Air Act, 1981 for not complying with the directions issued to them u/s 31-A of the Air Act, 1981 were to be issued. Now, the kiln has applied for CTO of the Board and found complying with the provisions of Water Act 1974 & Air Act 1981.
