| Clarification Note: |
On scrutnizing the application of the industry it is observed as under:
`1) The industry has submitted copy of agreement signed with JBR technologies but not submitted copy of agreement signed with Bantech, Channalon. As per area distribution order issued between the CETP operators, the CETP operator can cover the Mohali district till 31.10.2022 only and thereafter the waste-water will be lifted by Bantech, Channalon.
2. The industry has yet not applied for authorization under HWM Rules, 2016 in compliance of special conditions of the CTO.
You are requested to attend the above within 2 days. |
