<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="text-align: justify;">Keeping in view of the facts/report given by AEE, </span><span style="text-align: justify;">it is recommended that consent to operate under the provisions of the Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 may be granted for one year subject to suitable conditions as per policy of the Board and with the special condition that the project proponent shall comply with the code for practice framed for such type of units fully in true letter and spirit, which will be verified after start of operation of unit..Further the industry shall submit the operation schedule of unit for the monitoring of Air Pollution Control Devices installed by it.</span></p> |
