| Clarification Note: |
The application of the industry was scrutinized and it was observed as under:-
1. The applicant has not submitted Location plan, manufacturing process flow chart, Land documents such as Registration deed/ Jamabandi/ Rent deed/ lease deed indicating details of the property.
2. The domestic effluent generation and treatment details mentioned in application form doesn’t match with the Project report and actual workers.
3. The first page of Partnership deed is missing.
The applicant is requested to clarify the above so that further action in the matter may be taken.
