| Clarification Note: |
The application of the industry was scrutinized and it was observed as under:-
1. The applicant has not submitted Location plan, manufacturing process flow chart and MoA of the firm.
2. The trade effluent generation and treatment details mentioned in application form doesn’t match with the Project report and no details regarding the generation is attached.
3. The applicant has mentioned Paint shop in its project report but the same has not been mentioned in application form.
4. The applicant has applied in Green Category which doesn’t appears to be in order considering the Paint shop and trade effluent generation.
The applicant is requested to clarify the above so that further action in the matter may be taken.
